Our website's Legal Framework is intended to establish and regulate the rules of use and safeguard the data on the website www.srlegal.es (hereinafter, the "Website"), understanding the word "Website" to include all the pages and the content thereof which are accessed through the domain www.srlegal.es. In addition, the Legal Framework is intended to establish the conditions applicable to electronic communications made from the domain www.srlegal.es, or from an @srlegal.es email address.
1º.- Acceptance and purpose
When a person (hereinafter, "the user") accesses and browses www.srlegal.es, this implies a full understanding and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions in force at the time in question, included in this Legal Framework.
The website's content is for informational purposes only and may under no circumstances be considered to be legal advice or any other kind of advice. The link established between the user and SR LEGAL by consulting the Website in no way constitutes a professional relationship, advice on law or a contractual relationship.

Party responsible for the treatment. Purpose and Legitimation of the treatment.
The party that is responsible for the treatment is SR LEGAL, whose identifying data appears at the end of this document. SR LEGAL shall treat the information that is provided in order to manage a potential contractual relationship, to manage the information that is requested of us, to facilitate our service and/or product offers to interested parties and to manage employment applications.
The legitimation for the treatment of the personal data shall be the execution of a potential and/or undersigned contractual relationship, legitimate interest, legal authorization and/or consent of the interested party. SR LEGAL shall collect and treat only those personal data that are relevant, pertinent and strictly necessary for the correct provision of the service that is being treated. Communication of the data is not mandatory; however, a failure to do so may affect the objective of the service or prevent its provision.
Transfer and storage of data.
Under no circumstances shall SR LEGAL transfer or exploit these data or send them to recipients distinct from those expressly indicated here, notwithstanding the case in which SR LEGAL may make transfers or communications of personal data to attend to their obligations with Public Administrations in cases in which this is required by the law or to state security forces and legal entities.
SR LEGAL shall store its clients’ data throughout the contractual relationship and for the minimum time period necessary for the correct service provision or management of the employment application, notwithstanding cases in which this storage is necessary to formulate, exercise or defend against potential claims and/or legal demands and always when permitted by applicable laws.
Rights of the interested parties.
SR LEGAL informs the User regarding the possibility of exercising his/her rights of access, rectification, opposition, suppression, portability and limitation of the treatment, as well as to reject the automated treatment of the personal data collected.
Said rights may be exercised by the User (or a representative of the same) free of charge via written and signed request sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or sent in writing to the domicile of SR LEGAL. Said request should include the following data: first and last names of the User, address for purpose of notifications, photocopy of the National Identification Document or Passport and specific request. In the case of representation, an authorizing document should be provided to attest to this representation.
In addition to the previous, the User also has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time during the previously described procedure, without said withdrawal of consent affecting the legality of the previous treatment made prior to the withdrawal of the same. SR LEGAL reminds the User of the right to present a reclamation before the relevant controlling authority, which is the AEPD in Spain, at www.agpd.es.
Data security and updating.
SR LEGAL agrees to the compliance with its obligation of confidentiality of personal data and its duty to store the same and adopt all necessary measures to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment or access to said data, in accordance with the law. SR LEGAL shall implement all necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss and treatment and/or any unauthorized access, given the current state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which said data may be exposed, in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

These communications (questions and answers) cannot be considered to be legal advice as they do not include all the data and background information needed for a complete study and assessment of the facts communicated to SR LEGAL, without prejudice to the professional secrecy on them and the nature of lawyer-client communication, due to being preparatory communications prior to obtaining external advice on law.
The email and, if applicable, any file attached thereto, may contain confidential information exclusively addressed to the recipient or recipients and property of the sender. The disclosure, copy or distribution of such to third parties without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited under current legislation. In the event you receive an email from any address at the @srlegal.es domain in error, you should immediately notify this by forwarding it to the sender's email address and then destroy the email and any attachments. The provisions of Clause 3 above apply to any personal data included by the sender or the recipient in these communications.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation and other European Union legislation that directly applies. Both SR LEGAL as well as the users agree that any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance or performance thereof will be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Alcobendas, Madrid and expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
